Like with most of our clients, the first step is getting to know each other. We want to know you and your partner so we can imagine the perfect details that reflect you. These first conversations are about laying it all out there. This conversation has two goals: build a foundation of your vision and start to let us show you that we can be with you every step of the way.

Here’s what we will be exploring together:

-Logistics: where(ish) and when(ish)?

-Budget: You can have a great trip at any price!

-Vision: We will have you paint us a picture of the perfect moment on your trip.

-Why?: Why are you thinking about traveling? Why this location? We’ll ask why… a lot.

-Reflection: You’re sitting on your flight home, what are you doing? Thinking? Feeling?

If you haven’t thought of all your details yet – that’s okay! That’s exactly what we are here for. We can unpack a lot with you. What’s common? What’s easier? Do you have a translator? If you spend more here, you get more there. If you elope versus if you invite a few friends. There’s A LOT that goes into planning, so let us take it off your hands.

You’ll get a follow up within 10 business days. Since this is just a follow up to our free consultation, we’ll be giving you a teaser, some basic suggestions and more detailed pricing and what that can look like for your trip.

For elopements and micro-weddings, we plan a follow up call 2-3 weeks after the free consultation to go over The Work Up. Because we will have gotten a lot more information about turning your elopement dreams into a reality, we are going to be able to be much more realistic about what we match up with planning and budgets.

The purpose of the Work Up is to give you a clear foundation for your vision. At this point, you should start to realize how much you want to take on planning and what pieces you want to pass to us.

There are a lot of details in weddings that can represent you. Our job is to streamline as much of the process that you want in a place you don’t know well. So we’ve broken down the pieces for you.
